This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 business days (depending on your city).
  • Remote Areas: 5 – 7 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please make sure you are available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 200 flat rate.
  • Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 3,000.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your parcel using the courier’s online tracking page or by contacting our support team.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

Our team will resolve the issue and coordinate with the courier partner immediately.

8. Damaged or Wrong Orders

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return as per our return policy.
