Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange an Oud Al Aziz order within 14 days of delivery. Because of our open parcel policy, you can also check your order in front of the rider and refuse it before paying if anything is wrong.

How to return or exchange

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery on +92 308 832 2423 or at oudalazizofficial@gmail.com, with your order number.
2. Tell us what is wrong, and send a photo if the item arrived damaged, leaking or incorrect.
3. We will confirm the return or exchange and explain the next steps for sending the item back.

Before you accept your parcel

Open the parcel in front of the rider and check that the bottle is sealed, undamaged and the scent you ordered. If it is not, refuse the parcel and you pay nothing.

How many days do I have to return an order?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about a return or exchange.

What if my bottle arrives broken or leaking?

Refuse the parcel if you notice it when the rider is there. If you notice later, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will sort it out.
